1. Scope

These terms apply between CallJu ("CallJu", "we") and the business or person using this website or registering for the CallJu service ("you"). By registering, you accept these terms.

2. The service

CallJu provides a Click2Call button for your website, VoIP calling, a free VoIP account and app to receive calls, and, depending on the plan, an answering machine, call recording, IVR menus, call routing, included minutes to landlines and mobiles, and speech to text. The features of each plan are described on the pricing page.

You may connect your own SIP account as a call destination. You are responsible for the configuration and the costs of third-party accounts and devices you use with CallJu.

3. Plans, prices and payment

The Free plan is available at no charge. ECO and Premium are billed monthly at the prices shown on the pricing page. Prices are in euros. Paid plans include a monthly amount of minutes to the destinations listed for the plan. When the included minutes are used up, further calls to landlines and mobiles are charged on a prepaid basis according to the CallJu price list. You can upgrade your plan at any time.

4. Your obligations

• Use CallJu only for lawful purposes and in compliance with the telecommunication and data protection laws that apply to you.
• Inform your callers when you use call recording or speech to text, where the law requires it.
• Keep your account credentials confidential and tell us immediately if you suspect misuse.
• Do not use the service for unsolicited calls, fraud, harassment or to disrupt networks or systems.

5. Availability

We work to keep CallJu available around the clock. Because the service depends on the internet and on third-party networks, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or a particular call quality. Planned maintenance is carried out, where possible, at times of low usage.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damage caused by injury to life, body or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations and limited to the damage typically foreseeable for this kind of contract. Liability under mandatory statutory law remains unaffected.

7. Term and termination

The Free plan can be ended at any time. Paid plans run for the billing period and renew monthly unless cancelled before the end of the current period. We may suspend or end an account that violates these terms.

8. Changes to the service and to these terms

We may improve or change the service and update these terms. If a change affects you materially, we will inform you in advance. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the country in which CallJu is established, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection provisions.
