Legal
Privacy Policy
This policy explains which personal data is processed when you visit this website, contact us or use CallJu to make and receive calls, and which rights you have.
Last updated: September 2026
1. Who is responsible
The controller for the processing described here is CallJu, the operator of this website and of the CallJu service. Contact details are listed at the end of this page.
2. Visiting this website
This informational website is delivered as static pages. When you open a page, the web server processes the technical data your browser sends: the requested page, date and time, the IP address, browser type and version, operating system and the referring page. The data is needed to deliver the pages securely and to detect faults or misuse. It is stored in server log files for a limited period and then deleted.
The website does not use analytics or advertising services and does not set tracking cookies. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Fonts are hosted on our own server. No requests are made to third-party font providers when you view these pages.
3. Contact form
If you use the contact form, we process the information you enter (name, email address, company, subject and message) to answer your request. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and, where your request concerns a contract, the preparation of that contract. We keep the correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and any follow-up questions.
4. Using CallJu (Click2Call, VoIP, user interface)
When a business registers for CallJu, we process the registration data (such as email address and account settings) to provide the service. When a visitor uses a Click2Call button or the dialer, the audio of the call is transmitted over the internet to connect the visitor with the business. Technical connection data (such as IP addresses, time and duration of the call and the destination configured by the business) is processed to establish, route and bill calls.
Businesses using CallJu can activate features such as an answering machine, call recording and speech to text. The business that operates the CallJu account decides whether these features are used and is responsible for informing its callers accordingly and for complying with the applicable laws on call recording.
5. Recipients
We use hosting and telecommunication providers to operate the website and to connect calls. These providers process data on our behalf and only according to our instructions. We do not sell personal data.
6. Retention
We keep personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above or as required by law, for example for accounting records relating to paid plans.
7. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format and to withdraw a consent you have given. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority.
8. Changes
We update this policy when our services or the legal requirements change. The current version is always available on this page.
