What is CallJu?
CallJu is a business communication service that connects website visitors and customers to your team by phone. It combines a free Click2Call button for your website with VoIP calling, and optional IVR, call routing, call recording and speech to text.
How does CallJu work?
You add the Click2Call button to your website. When a visitor clicks it, CallJu connects the call over the internet to the destination you have set in your user interface: a VoIP account, the free CallJu app or, on paid plans, a landline or mobile phone.
How do I get started?
Register for free. CallJu sets up a free VoIP account for you and you receive instructions for adding the Click2Call button to your website. You can upgrade to a paid plan at any time.
What is Click2Call?
Click2Call is a call button for your website. Visitors click it and are connected to your business by phone directly from their browser, without searching for a number or dialing.
Can I receive calls on my landline or mobile phone?
Yes. Paid plans include free minutes to most destinations. When the included minutes are used up, further calls are charged on a prepaid basis according to the price list.
Can I use my own SIP account?
Yes, of course. Set your existing SIP account as the call destination and calls ring on the VoIP phone or softphone you already use.
