What does the free plan include?
Unlimited free VoIP calls, a free VoIP app to receive calls, call recording and an answering machine, plus the Click2Call button for your website.
What is the difference between ECO and Premium?
ECO (€14.90 per month) adds 1,000 minutes to fixed-line phones in the EU and USA, a simple IVR and a routing interface. Premium (€99.90 per month) includes 1,000 minutes per month worldwide, an IVR with five levels, routing based on time, region and device, and speech to text.
What happens when my included minutes are used up?
Further calls are charged on a prepaid basis according to the price list.
Can I change my plan later?
Yes. You can upgrade at any time.
